1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wizeb.com (the "Site") and describe the general basis on which Wizeb provides its services. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Wizeb is an AI-first software studio that designs and builds custom AI agents, automation systems, and intelligent tools for businesses. Wizeb is an AI initiative of WebCastle Media Pvt Ltd. You can reach us at hello@wizeb.com.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected systems;
• use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or any unlawful, misleading, or harmful content;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site without our prior written consent;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including its contact and scheduling features.

4. Services and engagements

Descriptions of services on the Site are provided for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. Every client engagement is governed by its own written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement, which defines the scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables for that project. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that project.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Wizeb or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables is set out in the engagement agreement. Our standard position is that all project code and intellectual property transfer to the client on final payment, with no ongoing licence fees or lock-in.

6. Products and third-party links

The Site references products we have built (such as RemindAvo, Karmic, and others) and links to third-party websites and services. Those products and services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

7. AI-generated content and outputs

Our work involves artificial-intelligence systems, which are probabilistic by nature. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in an engagement agreement, we do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, and outputs from tools or demos available through the Site should not be relied on as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizeb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Liability in connection with client engagements is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala, India — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
