1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wizeb.com and its related endpoints (together, the "Site") and describe the general basis on which WizeB provides its services. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

WizeB is an AI-first software studio that designs and builds custom AI agents, automation systems, and intelligent tools for businesses. WizeB is an AI initiative of WebCastle Media Pvt Ltd, Kochi, India. You can reach us at hello@wizeb.com.

3. What the Site offers

The Site includes:

  • information about our services, industries, products, case studies, and the Wizot agent studio;
  • a blog of articles and commentary on AI agents, automation, and related topics;
  • a contact form, a call-scheduling flow, and an AI voice and chat assistant;
  • downloadable guides, whitepapers, and case-study write-ups, delivered on request;
  • the AI-Native Index, a self-assessment that scores how ready a business is for AI agents;
  • the Enhanced AI-Native Index, a paid report with a 90-day plan, available to AI agents and automated clients; and
  • a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at wizeb.com/mcp, plus machine-readable files such as llms.txt, that let AI agents read information about WizeB.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected systems;
  • use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or any unlawful, misleading, or harmful content;
  • submit false, fraudulent, or third-party personal information through any form, assistant, or API;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site except through the machine-readable files and MCP endpoint we publish for that purpose, and within reasonable request rates;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, spam protection, or payment requirements, or to trigger reports or emails at scale;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including its contact, scheduling, and reporting features.

We may block access, limit requests, or remove submissions that we reasonably believe breach these Terms.

5. Services and engagements

Descriptions of services on the Site are provided for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. Every client engagement is governed by its own written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement, which defines the scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables for that project. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that project.

6. Blog and published content

Articles on our blog are published for general information and reflect our views at the time of writing. They are not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. Some articles refer to third-party news, research, and figures, which we cite in good faith but cannot guarantee. Where an article describes a client scenario or case study, it may be illustrative, anonymised, or a composite intended to show a realistic outcome, and should not be read as a guarantee of results. Please check facts that matter to you before acting on them.

7. AI assistant, guides, and free tools

Our voice and chat assistant is an AI system. It can make mistakes, and it may be recorded and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not share passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information with it. Nothing it says is a binding offer, quote, or commitment until confirmed by us in writing.

The AI-Native Index and its scorecard are an indicative self-assessment based on the answers you provide. Scores and recommendations are general in nature, are not an audit or a guarantee of any outcome, and depend on the accuracy of your inputs. Guides, whitepapers, and case-study write-ups are provided for your own internal use, and we may deliver them by email at our discretion.

8. Paid reports and payments

The Enhanced AI-Native Index is a paid report. It is priced per request and, at the time of writing, is purchased by AI agents or automated clients using the x402 payment protocol, settled in USDC on the network stated in the payment requirements the endpoint returns (for example Base). Please note:

  • the price and network shown in the payment requirements at the time of the request apply, and you are responsible for confirming them before signing a payment;
  • blockchain payments are final and cannot be reversed by us or by the network; there are no chargebacks;
  • settlement is performed by a third-party payment facilitator, and network fees are handled as described in the payment requirements;
  • if a report fails to generate after a settled payment, contact us and we will send it manually or refund the USDC;
  • the report is generated with the help of AI, is based on the answers you submit, and is provided for your own business use, not for resale;
  • the settlement transaction serves as your receipt, and we will provide a PDF invoice on request;
  • you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

The Site itself has no user accounts. Client project fees are governed by the engagement agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, articles, and design, are owned by WizeB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link back to the source. AI agents and search engines may read our public pages and machine-readable files in order to answer questions about WizeB and to link to us.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables is set out in the engagement agreement. Our standard position is that all project code and intellectual property transfer to the client on final payment, with no ongoing licence fees or lock-in. Paid reports you receive are yours to use within your own business.

10. Products and third-party links

The Site references products we have built (such as RemindAvo, Karmic, and others), our subdomains and open-source projects, and links to third-party websites and services, including scheduling, analytics, voice, and payment providers. Those products and services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

11. AI-generated content and outputs

Our work involves artificial-intelligence systems, which are probabilistic by nature. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in an engagement agreement, we do not warrant that AI-generated outputs, including assistant replies, automated email follow-ups, scorecards, and plans, will be complete or error-free, and they should not be relied on as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Some images on the Site, including blog illustrations, are AI-generated.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WizeB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Liability in connection with client engagements is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
