Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information WizeB ("we", "us") collects through wizeb.com and its related endpoints (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. WizeB is an AI initiative of WebCastle Media Pvt Ltd, Kochi, India. We keep data collection deliberately minimal: the Site has no user accounts, and we do not sell personal information.

2. Information you give us

We collect personal information only when you choose to share it:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. We may use an AI model, through OpenRouter, to help draft a follow-up reply to your message.
• AI voice and chat assistant: what you say or type to the assistant, and any details you share with it such as name, email, company, phone number, and requirements. Audio and text are processed by the voice-AI infrastructure provider that powers the assistant. Conversations may be recorded and transcribed.
• Scheduling: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), meeting topic, timezone, and chosen date and time, used to book a call through our scheduling provider (cal.id).
• Guide, whitepaper, and case-study requests: your name, email address, and phone number (where asked), used to send you the material you requested.
• AI-Native Index: the answers you give to the assessment, your computed score, and your company website if you add it. We save these for every completed assessment, even if you don't request the emailed report. If you request the emailed PDF scorecard, we also receive your name, email address, and company, and email the report to you.
• Startup Idea Validator: the website address and description you enter, the public content of that website (which we read to analyse the idea), your answers to the follow-up questions, and the resulting scorecard. We save these for every run, even if you don't request the emailed scorecard, and keep the scorecard behind a private link that only people you share it with can open. The analysis is produced with AI models through OpenRouter. If you request the scorecard by email, we also receive your name, email address, and company.
• Enhanced AI-Native Index (paid): the answers and contact details submitted with the request, and the payment details described in section 4. The 90-day plan is generated with the help of an AI model, through OpenRouter, from those answers.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold calls, deliver requested materials and reports, and follow up on potential or existing projects. Every request that names a person is also saved as a lead record so that we do not lose it if an email fails to send. What you enter into the AI-Native Index and the Startup Idea Validator is kept to improve those tools, and we may contact the business it describes about the result, for example through contact details published on its website. This applies equally to results submitted by AI agents through our MCP server. You can ask us to delete any of it at any time. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

3. Information collected automatically

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity collects usage data such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and approximate location, and may record anonymised session replays and heatmaps. We also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and how visitors reach the Site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Microsoft's handling of data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and Google's in the Google Privacy Policy.

The Site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes. Our AI assistant is loaded from our own servers only after you interact with the page. When you start a call, your browser connects to our voice-AI infrastructure provider to carry the audio, so that provider sees your IP address and browser details.

Automated clients that call our MCP server or API endpoints send us the requests they make. We log these for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

Reading the blog and browsing the Site does not require you to give us any personal information. The blog has no comments or newsletter sign-up at this time.

4. Payments

The Site takes no card payments. The paid Enhanced AI-Native Index is bought with USDC using the x402 protocol. When a payment is made, the paying wallet address, the amount, and the transaction hash are recorded on a public blockchain and are visible to anyone, and we store them with the order. Verification and settlement are handled by a third-party payment facilitator (such as PayAI or x402.org), which processes the payment data under its own policies. We do not receive private keys, and we do not collect card or bank details.

5. How your information is shared

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to operate the Site:

• email delivery providers, to route your form submissions to our team and send you reports and confirmations;
• our scheduling provider (cal.id), to create bookings you request;
• our voice-AI infrastructure provider, to run the voice and chat assistant;
• OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, to generate follow-up replies, report plans, and Startup Idea Validator analyses;
• a payment facilitator and public blockchain, for paid reports;
• Netlify (hosting and data storage for leads and orders), Microsoft Clarity, and Google (analytics), as described above.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. Our separate products (for example RemindAvo or Karmic) operate under their own privacy policies.

6. International transfers

We operate from India, and many of the providers above process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. By submitting information you understand that it may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry, lead, scheduling, and order information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's retention schedule. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be deleted by us.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the EEA and UK, the GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@wizeb.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can also limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) across the Site and restricted access to stored leads. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
