Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Wizeb ("we", "us") collects through wizeb.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Wizeb is an AI initiative of WebCastle Media Pvt Ltd. We keep data collection deliberately minimal: the Site has no user accounts and takes no payments.

2. Information you give us

We collect personal information only when you choose to share it:

• Contact form — your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message.
• Scheduling assistant — your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), meeting topic, and chosen date and time, used to book a call on our calendar.
• Guide and whitepaper requests — your contact details, used to deliver the material you asked for.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold calls, deliver requested materials, and follow up on potential or existing projects. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

3. Information collected automatically

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity collects usage data such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and approximate location, and may record anonymised session replays and heatmaps. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. Microsoft's handling of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

The Site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes.

4. How your information is shared

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to operate the Site:

• email delivery providers, to route your form submissions to our team;
• our calendar and scheduling provider, to create bookings you request;
• Netlify (hosting) and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), as described above.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. Our separate products (for example RemindAvo or Karmic) operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry and scheduling information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Microsoft Clarity's retention schedule.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@wizeb.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can also limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) across the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
